  • Employee Benefits Account Manager

    This position will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service to ensure retention.

    • Assist customers with claims and/or billing issues
    • Inform applicants/customers of underwriting process times, policy benefits
    • Acts as the primary point of contact between applicants/customers and insurance carriers

    This position will support sales agents by providing:

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Enter data to carrier websites
    • Enter data to proposal software
    • Create custom proposal items
    • Assemble mailings, assist with filing, and perform other duties as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High School diploma, some college
    • Certification: Group I license preferred
    • Experience: One year office experience

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Computer literate, including familiarity with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
