Employee Benefits Account Manager
This position will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service to ensure retention.
- Assist customers with claims and/or billing issues
- Inform applicants/customers of underwriting process times, policy benefits
- Acts as the primary point of contact between applicants/customers and insurance carriers

Quote Coordinator
This position will support sales agents by providing:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Enter data to carrier websites
- Enter data to proposal software
- Create custom proposal items
- Assemble mailings, assist with filing, and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma, some college
- Certification: Group I license preferred
- Experience: One year office experience
